Need I say more?
Prosciutto, Walnut & Blue Cheese Crostata
- Slice & toast the baguette, pugliese, ciabatta or whatever good bread you might have around
- Top with blue cheese crumbles, I used Point Reyes cuz that's what I have right now
- Top with folded thin sliced prosciutto
- Top with chopped walnuts
- Put in a 300F oven for 5 minutes
- Broil for 1 minute

ReplyDelete@Rachael - What do you mean you would eat blue cheese "before" a hot pocket? Does this mean blue cheese is not on your picky eater's roster of acceptable foodstuffs?
